Kandid Restoration provides AI-powered photo restoration services. We use artificial intelligence to restore, enhance, and improve damaged or old photographs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Image Processing and Content

By uploading images, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to use the images you upload
• Images will be processed using AI technology
• Processing results may vary and are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of AI-generated restorations

5. Prohibited Content and Misuse

You agree NOT to upload, process, or use our service for:

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that violates privacy rights of others
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Spam, automated processing, or abuse of the service
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract AI models
• Commercial use beyond your subscription tier without authorization

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal.

• Free tier: 2 uploads per month
• Basic tier: 25 uploads per month
• Max tier: Unlimited uploads
• Usage resets monthly on your billing cycle

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original images. Restored images are derivative works. You grant us a license to process your images for service delivery. Our AI technology, software, and service are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy or quality of AI-generated restorations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific restoration results

9. Limitation of Liability

Kandr LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
